Opportunity Shift Goals

Plan

Start each shift by setting clear objectives. Ensure you have a detailed plan to meet the required number of clients and sales totals.

TRACK

Monitor your performance daily and use XXX to track the number of clients you serve and the sales you generate..

Adjust

At the end of each shift, review your results. Make adjustments to future goals to make up for any missed client count or sales goals.

Review

Regularly assess your performance with your educator. Analyze what worked and what didn’t, identifying areas for improvement.
